The New York Giants (2-4) have opened as 4-point underdogs for their game this coming Sunday at MetLife Stadium against the Philadelphia Eagles (3-2).

It is the 22nd consecutive game that the Giants have been listed as an underdog — a continuing franchise record.

The over/under has opened at 45.5 total points with the moneyline at Eagles -210, Giants +170, per BetMGM.

The Giants are coming off a deflating 17-7 loss the the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday Night Football while the Eagles snuck by the Cleveland Browns, 20-16, on Sunday afternoon at home.

The Giants are 2-4 against the spread this season and five of their six games have gone under.

The Eagles are 3-2 against the spread with three of their five games also going under the total.

The Giants trail, 90-86-2, in their head-to-head series against the Eagles going back to 1933 and also trail in postseason meetings, 3-2.

The teams split their two games last season. The Giants lost, 33-19, on Christmas Day in Philadelphia but won the season finale two weeks later, 27-10, at MetLife Stadium.

The Giants are 4-13 (including playoffs) against the Eagles since Tom Coughlin left as head coach after the 2015 season. They are 5-9 in their meetings with Philly at MetLife Stadium going back to 2010.

The Giants are 1-3 in the regular season and 0-1 in the postseason against the Eagles under head coach Brian Daboll.

This game will also mark the first time former Giants star running back Saquon Barkley has returned to MetLife Stadium as a member of the Eagles.
