    Ben Herbstreit meets Texas Longhorn mascot Bevo

    Ben Herbstreit, one of the Golden Retrievers, in Kirk Herbstreit’s family, has developed a cult following.

    On Saturday, Ben was in Austin, Texas, for the Georgia-Texas SEC clash.

    And when in Texas, one has to meet the Longhorn mascot, Bevo.

    Ben had a busy day as he made his way in and around the stadium.

    The ESPN announcer said Ben has been battling health issues (cancer) but having him on the road helps Kirk Herbstreit and it helps Ben.
