Another No-Show For Sentencing Results in Arrest Warrant
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - An arrest warrant was issued today for a man who failed to show up in Olmsted County Court for his sentencing hearing. Court records show 42-year-old Jesus Rodriguez was scheduled for sentencing on Monday in the case where he was accused of pointing a gun at another man and threatening to kill him at a local convenience store last summer. He was arrested last July after a man told Rochester police that he was refueling his vehicle when he was approached by a man he did not know who was yelling in both Spanish and English before the man went back to his vehicle and returned with a handgun.
