HEY V.. Do a little dive into the Oregon Health Plan. AKA Care Oregon. It provides low or no cost health care for no co-pays. It covers anyone making under a certain amount depending on if or how many kids you have. You do not need to be on disability to get it. It covers prescriptions, dental and vision in most cases. I'm not exactly sure how it is funded, but it is a godsend to thousands of Oregonians.
