Beach Boys set to perform next month at Kalispell's Northwest Montana Fair & Rodeo
KALISPELL, Mont. - The Northwest Montana Fair announced Tuesday that the famous Beach Boys will perform at the fair on August 13. "The Beach Boys are one of the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful bands of all time, with over 100 million records sold worldwide. Man who threatened to HRDC's Warming Center in custody
BOZEMAN, Mont. — Officials in Bozeman arrested a man they say had over 200 rounds of ammunition and allegedly threatened to “light up” HRDC’s Warming Center. According to the police report, 29-year-old Anthony Lavell Smith called and threatened HRDC staff stating, “If you people don’t get out of that HRDC within the next two hours I’m going to light it up.”
Ravalli Watercraft Inspection Station Operates to Protect Waters from Invasive Species
RAVALLI — From May 18 through September 18th, the watercraft inspection station at Ravalli is operating 24 hours a day to carefully inspect boats, trailers, and other watercraft for Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS). So far this year, Montana boat check stations intercepted 22 mussel-fouled boats going to various places. Stations are operating with a clear goal to protect the water and praise the effort of teamwork across the state.
