Wonderful Wednesday Weather, Then Heating Up!
WEDNESDAY-THURSDAY: Wednesday is the coolest day in the extended forecast, with temperatures reaching the low-80s for the afternoon highs, which is around average for this time of year. Skies will also be mostly clear and sunny, with less wildfire smoke (but still some smoky haze) due to light southeasterly winds of 5-10 mph. Thursday is the first day this week where we could see temperatures reach the low 90s. We’ll start the day off in the mid-60s but mostly sunny skies will give way to the afternoon highs in the mid to upper 80s with a few 90s possible. Thursday our winds will pick up as well, expecting a south-southeasterly wind gusting up to 30 mph.
