Man sentenced for speeding, DUI and fleeing police
FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - A Fargo man has been sentenced after agreeing to a plea deal in Cass County Court. Jens Tinjum, 40, was arrested in south Fargo in May after driving drunk, fleeing from police and crashing into a parked car. He was charged with felony reckless endangerment, felony fleeing, and DUI.
Police Investigating Early Morning Shooting Incident in Moorhead
Early this morning, around 3:20 a.m., Moorhead Police responded to a reported shooting in the 900 Block of 18th St. S. Initial reports indicated that a person was shot in the parking lot of an apartment building, and the suspect may have entered a nearby apartment armed. The scene remains active, and law enforcement has not yet released additional details as the investigation is ongoing.
