Stone Linked to Famous Bucks County Outlaws Coming to Doylestown Museum
DOYLESTOWN, PA—Local researchers think they’ve found a stone inscribed by one of Bucks County’s most famous outlaws. A piece of stone with the date “1775” and the letter “M” inscribed on it was found in Buckingham Cave, which historians think was used by the notorious Doan Gang. Santa announces the Philly Holiday Spectacular

Woman charged with carrying concealed gun during traffic stop in Newark
A Wilmington woman was arrested after police found a handgun in her car during a traffic stop in Newark, authorities said. The incident happened just after 4 p.m. July 24 on East Chestnut Hill Road, according to Lt. Andrew Rubin, a spokesman for the Newark Police Department. An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic offense and, while speaking to the driver, learned there was a gun in the vehicle. The officer searched the vehicle and found a handgun concealed under the driver's seat. The driver, 26-year-old Summerit Davis, was charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon, along with traffic offenses. She was released on $2,600 unsecured bail.
