Downtown Willoughby homicide suspect arraigned on murder charge
The man suspected in the July 13 homicide in downtown Willoughby was arraigned July 15 via video conference at the Willoughby Municipal Court on the charge of murder. The suspect has been identified by the Willoughby Police Department as Fernando Alejo, a 23-year-old Painesville resident.
