Nine Huskies Named to CSC Academic All-District At-Large Team
GREENWOOD, Ind. – Nine Bloomsburg student-athletes have earned College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District At-Large honors. Matt Pulcinella (Chadds Ford, Pa./Garnet Valley) from the men's golf team earned his first career CSC Academic All-District distinction after recording an average score of 81.6 in 12 rounds during the 2023-24 season. He posted a season-low 78 on two occasions.

DANVILLE, Pa. – Geisinger Medical Center will soon move to the next phase of its road relocation project on Medical Center Drive in front of the hospital. Police: Four escape injury in gunfire in Lackawanna County
DICKSON CITY, Pa. — Four people escaped injury Tuesday when a gunman shot at their car in Lackawanna County, authorities said. The investigation began around 1:30 a.m. upon reports of gunfire on Commerce Boulevard near Business Route 6 in Dickson City. Borough Police Chief William Bilinski said a man reportedly fired at least twice at a car occupied by four people.

Sunbury, Pa. — The children of Alexis Marie Anstey, 27, and David Joseph Heller, 34, of Sunbury, told police they had been locked inside their room for 10 hours and hit with various items, including a belt.
