There are millions of protein bars to choose from when you're at the grocery store or gym. But a Yakima native and now Tri-Cities resident came up with his own horchata-flavored protein bar.

SEATTLE — A few weather features will join forces to create a long-lasting heat wave in the Pacific Northwest beginning Friday.
