LIST: Easter Egg Hunts across the Rio Grande Valley

RIO GRANDE VALLEY, Texas ( ValleyCentral ) — Cities across the Rio Grande Valley are hosting Easter Egg Hunts for the community.

The following is a list of the Easter Egg Hunts that are taking place across the Valley:

Cameron County

Harlingen

• The Cameron County Sheriff’s Office are hosting an Easter Egg Hunt from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 30. The event will take place at Pendleton Park in Harlingen, located at 1427 Morgan Boulevard. This is a family event. Hot dogs and drinks will be available while supplies last.

Hidalgo County

La Joya

• The City of La Joya is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Billy Leo Municipal Park. The event will include free carnival rides and pictures with the Easter Bunny.

Pharr

• The City of Pharr is hosting an Easter Scavenger Hunt from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday at the Pharr Sports Complex Park. Participants must check in at 8 a.m.

Starr County

Roma

• The Roma Parks and Recreation Department is hosting its 12th annual Easter Egg Hunt from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 22 at the Roma Municipal Park.

Rio Grande City

• Rio Grande City is hosting its Easter Egg Hunt from 10 a.m. to non on Saturday at the Basilio Villarreal Park. Participants must bring their own Easter baskets.
