    McAllen PD search for men involved in car thefts

    McALLEN, Texas ( ValleyCentral ) — McAllen police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating two men accused of stealing cars.

    Miguel Angel Ibarra and Alfredo Torres have been issued arrest warrants from the McAllen Municipal Court for motor vehicle theft

    McAllen PD received reports of vehicle thefts from the 3800 block of Oriole Avenue and the 5600 block of North 15th Street. The reported stolen vehicles were GMC Sierra pickups.

    Ibarra is described as a 24-year-old man, about 5’7″ tall, weighs 180 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

    Torres is described as a 22-year-old man, about 5’9″ tall, weighs 180 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

    Torres is also wanted for a vehicle theft from the 2400 block of North I Street.

    Anyone with information on Ibarra’s and Torres’ whereabouts is asked to contact the McAllen Crime Stoppers at (956) 687-TIPS (8477).
