MISSION, Texas ( ValleyCentral ) — One student at Mission High School was arrested Thursday for making an alleged threat toward the campus.

Ivan Andres Morin, 17, faces state jail charges of making a false alarm on school grounds, according to the Mission Police Department.

Police say the student was in class when he was overheard by a teacher saying he had a bomb.

The teacher alerted administrators who called Mission police.

I'm sure he was joking if he didn't have a bomb or bomb making materials. No purchases, no phone calls, no know-how. no evidence. Maybe he was going to the bathroom to let one out. Now, if they do have evidence, that's another story.
