Parking rates to change at McAllen International Airport

MCALLEN, Texas ( ValleyCentral ) — The McAllen International Airport will change its parking rates starting in November.

Parking time durations and fees are slated to change for short-term and long-term parking.

These are the current short-term and long-term rates at the McAllen International Airport, as of September 24.

The parking rates will change to the following:

Short-term rate change

• 0 to 30 minutes — Free
• 30 minutes to 1 hour — $5.00
• 1 hour to 2 hours — $10.00
• 2 hours to 24 hours — $15.00

Long-term rate change

• 0 to 30 minutes — Free
• 30 minutes to 2 hours — $5.00
• 2 hours to 5 hours — $7.00
• 5 hours to 24 hours — $10.00
• Weekly rate — $60.00

The new rates will go into effect, Friday, November 1.
