    Think Pink activities with South Texas Health System

    HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — South Texas Health System is hosting the Think Pink Parade on Saturday to raise awareness for Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October.

    The event aims to unite the community and support women with breast cancer by offering discounted mammograms such as $100 for 2D and $155 for 3D, catering to the uninsured in the Rio Grande Valley.

    Appointments can be made by calling (956) 388-2190 or visiting Facebook .

    Mark your calendars for Sept. 28 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the South Texas Health System in at 301 W. Expressway 83.

    Mammogram Monday events will be held at various facilities on Mondays in October, with special tokens of appreciation for participants. STHS encourages early and frequent mammograms for early detection.

    Oct. 7 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
