    City of Elsa announces new winter holiday event

    ELSA, Texas ( ValleyCentral ) — The City of Elsa is bringing a new event for residents this upcoming winter season.

    City leaders will transform the area into a winter wonderland this December to celebrate Elsa on Ice, a new month-long event of holiday cheer.

    “Elsa on Ice is the perfect opportunity for families to come together and celebrate the season in a unique and fun way,” said Kristyna Mancias, Director of Parks & Recreation for the City of Elsa.

    Elsa on Ice highlights include a 2,000 square foot synthetic ice rink, pictures with Santa and the Grinch, a Christmas Posada, live entertainment, local vendors and a toy drive.

    “From the thrill of skating to the warmth of the posada and entertainment, we invite everyone to join us in making this holiday season truly special,” Mancias continued.

    Elsa on Ice will open to the public starting Friday, December 13 through Friday, January 10.

    The month-long event will be located at the Garden of Pacific Trails located on 315 E. Vfw Ave.

    Hey that’s great! If you can’t get rid of the political corruption, the mayor who still can’t pay his child support and the corrupt drug dealing, city money stealing council members.. might as well give the kids something!
