Some high school seniors were crushed when their high school decided to cancel the varsity football season. No Football Season For These Illinois High School Seniors. Football is by far my favorite sport. I played for 8 years, 5th grade, and through high school. I had a blast. I wish I could've played in college but I didn't have the size or skills. Expansion of potential senior property tax relief signed into law
Possible property tax relief for Missouri senior citizens has been broadened. State Sen. Tony Luetkemeyer of Parkville succeeded last year in passing Senate Bill 190 giving counties the option to freeze the property tax assessments of senior citizens. Illinois man takes plea deal in fatal 2023 shooting
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - A 30-year-old Illinois man accepted a plea agreement Tuesday in connection with the fatal 2023 shooting of a Fort Wayne man. Jesse Shears was one of four people charged with murder in connection with the death of 40-year-old Dennis Starr of Fort Wayne. Samuel Evans III, 51, 24-year-old Samuel Evans IV and 26-year-old Lexus Evans, a father and his two children, were also charged in the case.
