U.S. Marshals arrest man in Lima wanted for Mt. Morris Township, Mich. homicide
LIMA, Ohio – An 18-year-old man accused of killing a 17-year-old boy in Mt. Morris Township, Mich. in June was arrested Friday in this Allen County community, authorities said. Amarion Cain was arrested by federal marshals at a gas station near the 2700 block of St. Johns Road, the Northwest Ohio Fugitive Task Force said in a news release. The name of the victim was not released. A homicide warrant for Mr. Cain was issued after the June 25 shooting death that followed a physical altercation in a yard near the 6100 block of Hilton Lane. Mr. Cain was booked into the Allen County jail pending extradition to Flint, Mich. Anyone with information concerning a wanted fugitive can contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED (1-866-492-6833), or submit a web tip.
