New Destinations Highlight Cross Country Schedule
The Morehead State men's and women's cross country teams will have a revamped schedule for 2024, highlighted by three new meets as part of a strategy from coach Clay Dixon to give the team fresh experiences. Notably absent from this year’s lineup is the traditional trip to the Live in Lou Classic in Louisville, which the team has attended 13 times over the last 15 years. Instead, the Eagles will participate in only five regular-season meets, culminating with the NCAA Southeast Regional, marking the third consecutive year with just six races. The season kicks off with the Thundering Herd Invitational on August 30.
