The victim told 911 that an unknown male had taken his 2022 Audi which had his one-month-old child in the back seat. Deputies responded to the area and found the vehicle near NE 88th Street and Highway 99. Officials say the child was still inside. The suspect had already fled the scene. The child did not appear to be injured but was checked by paramedics and given back to the parents.Later on Saturday, the victim reported their credit cards being used at Vancouver Mall. Sheriff’s Deputies and officers from the Vancouver Police Department responded to the mall. Mario Andrews was arrested for theft of a motor vehicle, kidnapping in the second degree, and reckless endangerment. Vancouver Police also arrested him for possession of a stolen vehicle and attempt to elude from an earlier case.</div></body>
