Vanroyce, rescued the driver from the car,” Vancouver Police said.The driver was taken to the hospital. Vancouver Police spokesperson Kim Kapp said they will refer several criminal and traffic charges in the case.Vancouver Police offered a word of warning to drivers heading into the Independence Day holiday weekend.“Throughout Southwest Washington there have been multiple fatality crashes this summer in which speed or impairment - or both - have been factors,” Kapp said. “Keep the roadways safe for everyone.
