Amazon has a limited-edition steelbook version of “Coraline” available for $20, and it’s selling quickly, with more than 700 copies sold in the last few weeks alone, per the site. The Blu-ray edition of “Coraline” has also returned to number one on Amazon’s kids and family movies chart .
