Venice convenience store sells $124K Fantasy 5 winner

VENICE — A Fantasy 5 ticket sold at a Venice store this week is worth $124,326.74, the Florida Lottery announced Saturday.

The ticket was sold at 1 Venice Convenient Store, 802 E. Venice Ave.

It was for the Fantasy 5's evening draw on Friday night.

The winning numbers are 5-6-13-21-28.

There was only one winner, so the ticket holder can claim the entire jackpot.

It's the second Fantasy 5 winner sold in the area this month. A ticket sold in Port Charlotte worth $103,215.74 was sold at R & L Market, 21360 Gertrude Ave., Port Charlotte. It was for the the Sunday Evening draw, Aug. 12. The winning numbers for the Port Charlotte ticket were 8-11-17-25-28.

Florida Lottery draw game prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the draw date, according to its website.
