CLAYTON, Mo. — Clayton is set to get its first marijuana dispensary, after the operator recently received approval from the city. Good Day Farm plans to convert a single-story retail building at 118 S. Hanley Road in downtown Clayton into a dispensary, at the site of a former Palm Beach Tan location.

In Dutchtown, a 40-year-old man has been charged with the murder of his girlfriend on Friday, as reported by First Alert 4 from St. Louis, MO. Prosecutors in St. Louis have pressed charges against Derrick A. Smith, a resident of the city, for first-degree murder, armed criminal action, and unlawful possession of a firearm. The victim, who has not been publicly identified, was 38 years old at the time of their death.
