Tulsa Police Seek Leads In 2 Unsolved Murders Linked To After-Hours Club
Tulsa Police Homicide investigators have solved more than 50 murder cases in the last 12 months, but two cases that happened a week apart remain open. Nicari Owens and Terrence McElwee were shot and killed exactly a year ago this week in unrelated shootings, both tied to the same after-hours club.
Driver suffers seizure, crashes into Tulsa home's fence
TULSA, OKLA (KTUL) — Around 9 p.m., Tulsa police officers responded to calls of a car crash where a driver had suffered a seizure behind the wheel. According to police, the driver was leaving a Quiktrip near 15th Street when the seizure occurred, causing him to crash into the fence of a nearby home.

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — As August begins and the summer solstice has come and gone, total daylight is now decreasing as we head towards fall and winter. By the end of August, sunrises in Tulsa will be about 24 minutes later than at the beginning. Sunsets will be about 36 minutes earlier than they are at the beginning, resulting in a loss of an hour of daylight by the time September arrives.
Newton honored at the OCA All State football game
