Stop putting endless steps in medical procedures. There are endless ways to reduce costs while maintaining care. They don't want to fix this problem, or else it would have been done by now. Vermont has a serious problem recognizing problems and fixing them. If you think healthcare is bad, the housing problem is 100 times worse.
