What the girls should have done and I assume her porch has Bluetooth. Call 911 answer driving. Let them know what's going on and keep them on the phone until an officer gets there. She may be instructed to drive to A Specific Place Where the Police Will Meet Hurts So That the Guy's Tailgating her would not be able to see the police coming and swoop away.
