Police Investigate Man Found Shot In Car
Louisville police are conducting a death investigation after a man was found shot inside a car near a Jefferson County public elementary school Friday afternoon. Calls reporting a crash in the Pleasure Ridge Park neighborhood came in around 12:39 p.m. When police arrived, they found a car in the 5800 block of Greenwood Road with a man inside that had been shot. Police said he died by the time he arrived at the University of Louisville Hospital.
Woman dies after being hit by 'multiple vehicles' on I-65 North in south Louisville
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A woman died Friday morning after being hit by multiple vehicles on Interstate 65 North at Outer Loop. Louisville Metro Police officers responded around 11:40 a.m. to find a woman lying in the road beneath the Outer Loop overpass. Spokesperson Aaron Ellis said she was hit by multiple vehicles.
3 men arrested in St. Matthews after police seize 90 pounds of meth, fentanyl
LOUISIVLLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville police officers arrested three men Thursday, the culmination of a months long drug trafficking investigation. St. Matthews Police Chief Barry Wilkerson said officers seized 90 pounds of methamphetamine as well as fentanyl and marijuana. Louisville Metro Police and Jeffersontown Police officers joined the effort to surveil several locations throughout the county, and the arrests were made "without incident."

Man dies after being found shot in vehicle outside Greenwood Elementary, Louisville police say
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police are investigating after a man who was found shot outside Greenwood Elementary Friday afternoon died at the hospital. It happened just after 12:30 p.m. in the 5800 block of Greenwood Road, in the city's Pleasure Ridge Park neighborhood, according to a news release from LMPD.
