Dame Dash is upping the allure of his share of Roc-A-Fella Inc. by including his iconic chains in the deal.

On Monday (Aug. 19), Dash took to Instagram to share the news that his Roc-A-Fella chains would be up for grabs to the highest buyer, if the sale goes over $10 million.

The video featured the mogul rocking both of his chains and detailing how the deal would work for the potential new owner of his share of the pie. “Roc-A-Fella Inc., which only asset is Reasonable Doubt is for sale. A lot of people have made interesting offers, but please only inquire if you are serious. If it goes for over $10 million that person will receive an original Roc-A-Fella chain,” he captioned the video.

“As we all know, one-third of Roc-A-Fella Inc., wh ich owns Reasonable Doubt , is for sale, and I’ve gotten a lot of calls, a lot of offers,” Dash expressed. “I’ve definitely got some very healthy offers, and I appreciate those.”

“So if you do wanna buy one-third of Roc-A-Fella Inc., you are gonna have to bring some bread. And anything over $10 million, I’m gonna sweeten the pot: you get an original Roc-A-Fella chain from off my neck.”

He then explained the significance of the chain, asserting that he was the one that bestowed those worthy with Roc chains back in the heyday of the label. Dame gave examples of chaining Kanye West and Cam’ron to show that “If I don’t give you the chain, it’s not a legit Roc-A-Fella chain.”

The news arrives after TMZ reported that Jay-Z and his legal team filed an official notice revealing that, regardless of the sale of Dash’s share, Reasonable Doubt will revert to Jay in 2031 . While some people have surmised that Hov is being petty, the outlet reports that it is just the details of the original deal from 1996. Dame, however, isn’t for the legal rigamarole and responded to the official filing in an Instagram post from Tuesday (Aug. 13).

They can say what they want , this sh*t is still for sale,” the post read. “You’re not buying a copyright, you’re buying a piece of a company ROC A FELLA INC. Please only serious inquiries only!”

U.S. Marshals are set to auction Dame Dash’s shares in Roc-A-Fella Records, with a minimum bid set at $1.2 million on Thursday (Aug. 29).
