Dame Dash really ain’t feeling Jay-Z during this whole Roc-A-Fella stake saga, and he’s letting it be known .

Livebitez reposted Dash’s Instagram Live from Tuesday (Aug. 20), featuring Dash pondering how deep Hov’s pockets are and if he’s really willing to purchase his stake in the company.

The Harlemite then brought up an emergency meeting Jay and Biggs held to allegedly stop Dash from selling his stake. Dame spoke to Jay’s ability to prevent potential buyers from purchasing his share of the Roc and how it may have played a role in incoming offers.

“I don’t expect anyone, just some average person, to come buy it—or a third of it, my third. I don’t wanna get sued again,” he begins. “I know, for some reason, nobody wants me to sell it, but I’m ready to just move on, do my thing. I had a lawsuit, I had a judgment, and I’m like, ‘Yo, that’s 800 grand. Go get it from over there. They not paying me neither.'”

“I’m sure there’s a little twist they put on things . I don’t know why. I do know why, but I don’t know why. I don’t know why about one thing, but I do know why about the other,” Dame continued. “[Jay-Z] has the first right of refusal. They had some bum-ass board meeting, all of a sudden he gets first right of refusal. I don’t really care. It don’t slow nothing down for me…Now I don’t know how deep homie’s pockets is. I’m curious if he’s gonna match that. I put an offer on the table, lemme see if he’ll match it. But it was from other people.”

TMZ previously reported that The Blueprint 2 emcee and his legal team filed a notice revealing that, regardless of the sale of Dash’s share, Reasonable Doubt will revert to Jay in 2031 . The outlet notified that the legal ramifications are not new, but simply the details of the original deal from ’96.

Dame, however, isn’t here for whatever Hov, Biggs, and their team is doing, and responded to the official filing in an Instagram post from Tuesday (Aug. 13).

They can say what they want , this sh*t is still for sale,” Dame Dash’s post read. “You’re not buying a copyright, you’re buying a piece of a company ROC A FELLA INC. Please only serious inquiries only!”

U.S. Marshals are set to auction Dame Dash’s shares in Roc-A-Fella Records , with a minimum bid set at $1.2 million on Thursday (Aug. 29).
