It looks like Rihanna will be hiring soon, as the CEO of her Savage X Fenty lingerie brand has moved on to Victoria’s Secret after receiving a massive offer she couldn’t refuse.

According to The Star, Hillary Super was offered $18 million to abandon her post at Savage X Fenty, where she’s worked for just over a year, starting in June 2023. Her new lucrative — and remote — role with Victoria’s Secret will begin on Sept. 9.

“(Victoria’s Secret) welcomes Hillary as our new CEO to power the business’s next chapter and deliver the foremost tenet of our transformation strategy: accelerating growth in our core business in North America,” chairwoman Donna James said in a press release. “We are particularly impressed with her merchant leadership capabilities paired with an operator’s discipline and bias for driving value creation.”

Super will be taking over for Martin Waters, who has been the CEO of Victoria’s Secret since 2021. Waters will advise Super as she transitions into the role through the end of the month. Chief Financial and Administrative Officer Timothy Johnson will serve as interim CEO.

Super has reportedly signed on for a base salary of $1.2 million and a $1 million signing bonus. She’s also set to receive an annual cash bonus reportedly between $2.1 million to $2.4 million and equity in the brand. This includes a one-time stock award valued at $5.75 million, fully vesting in three years. In 2025, she will also receive an annual equity grant valued at $7.7 million.
