Sexyy Red’s headlining arena tour has undergone a few quiet changes .

Her domestic tour was originally slated to commence tonight (Aug. 22) in Seattle, but the show has been cancelled. No additional information was revealed, but the Ticketmaster listing features a note that reads, “Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event.”

The tour is now set to begin on Saturday (Aug. 24) in Atlanta. Additional shows scheduled for later this month (in Portland, Oakland, and New Orleans) are no longer listed on Ticketmaster, leading fans to believe those dates are nixed as well. The rapper was also set to appear at Moneybagg Yo’s Larger Than Life tour on Sept. 30, but per Ticketmaster, that has been cancelled, too. However, the “ Get It Sexyy ” rapper has a conflicting tour date of her own that night.

This isn’t the first hiccup that’s occurred with this tour.

Last month, rumors swirled that Sexy Redd’s arena tour was being cancelled because of low ticket sales . She shut down the hearsay by tweeting , “My fans are buying tickets we’re doin just fine. We not cancelling no tour. Dis cancelling s**t all cap.” Per Billboard , Touring Data noted that less than 38% of tickets for the 24-date trek had been sold.

In a separate post, Sexyy wrote, “Dis how Dey try to do u wen u go wit an independent promoter n the bigger companies try to sabotage u. We not cancelling s**t.”

Fans reacted to the shocking news by blaming Sexyy’s home label, gamma.

“I’m not understanding how record labels are skipping the necessary stages (i.e. SOB > Webster Hall > Terminal 5 > Barclays) to ensure the success of their investment. banking on temporary virality is nuts,” one person tweeted .

Another user pointed the finger at Live Nation saying , “Because LiveNation has a monopoly on 90% of available venues and if you choose to not tour with them and abide by their business practices they make it hard for you.” Others felt it’s too soon in Sexyy’s career for an arena tour and tweeted, “These folks need to stop running from the grind and hit the HBCU tour , chitlin circuit , and small venues.”

Sexyy has not addressed the delayed start of her tour, but she is set to be joined by Hunxho, Loe Shimmy, and fellow St. Louis native BlakeIANA.
