Ludacris takes it back 20 years with his appearance at an Atlanta Braves game.

On Wednesday (Sept. 4), the rapper threw the ceremonial first pitch at the matchup against the Colorado Rockies for Ludacris Night .

On the field, the Atlanta native rocked his larger-than-life arms and watch, recognizable to fans from his 2005 “Get Back” music video, complete with his giant, club-shaking Nike Air Force One tennis shoes from 2003’s “Stand Up” music video.

According to ESPN , as part of honoring the 46-year-old rapper, the first 15,000 fans at Truist Park received an exclusive Ludacris bobblehead. The figurine features Luda sporting a Hank Aaron jersey with a microphone in his right hand, a full afro, and a gold watch.

Ahead of the baseball game, the Braves honored the Grammy-winning rapper with a set from his official DJ, photo stations from his album artwork over the years and a “Luda’s at The Battery” food truck inspired by Ludacris’ Chicken and Beer restaurant.

“Welcome To Atlanta. With Open ARMS,” declared the chart-topping performer, sharing the proud moment on Instagram.

The nostalgic costuming calls back to Ludacris’ early career. Along with being known for energetic club records, and slick, raunchy rhymes, the Disturbing Tha Peace Records co-founder also made his name with stand-out music videos.

In an interview last year, he referenced Childish Gambino’s “This Is America” visual as “one of the dopest videos I’ve seen.”
