Her For My Fans Tour begins on Jan. 30 in Greensboro, N.C., and will hit most major cities including New York City, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Toronto, Detroit, and Chicago before concluding on April 14 in Boston. The tour features special guests, Ne-Yo and Mario.
“I am so excited to kick off this tour. I have amazing fans and am so grateful for all of the love and support they have given me throughout the years,” said Blige in a statement. “This tour is for them, and I cannot wait to be able to travel to all these cities and see everyone. I am in such a place of immense gratitude and peace at this moment.”
Blige’s new album, Gratitude , is slated for release on Friday, Nov. 15, ahead of the tour. It drops under her Beautiful Life Productions imprint, in partnership with 300 Entertainment.
Earlier this year, she told PEOPLE that this might be her “last studio album.” After asking for clarity, the Power Book II: Ghost actress replied, “Everybody says that. I mean, OK. I guess it’s not then. I love it, I enjoy it, and it might be the last studio album. It might be.”
Tickets will be available starting on Tuesday, Oct. 1 via the artist pre-sale. Additional pre-sales, including the Citi cardmembers pre-sale, will run throughout the week before general on-sale commences on Friday, Oct. 4 at 10 a.m. local time on Live Nation’s official website.
