ST. FRANCIS, Kan. (KWCH) - Update: The Cheyenne County Sheriff’s Office confirms a boy reported missing on Tuesday has been found and is safe. The Cheyenne County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 12-year-old boy who has been missing from the town of St. Francis since Tuesday morning.
