    Emergency shelters will open in Victoria and Bloomington for city and county residents affected by Beryl

    VICTORIA, Texas - The Victoria Office of Emergency Management is working with the American Red Cross to open shelters at the St. Joseph High School Flyer Dome at 1110 E. Red River St. and at the Bloomington ISD dome located at 200 N. Leonard St.

    City and County residents can go to the shelters starting at 3 p.m. Sunday.

    Victoria Transit will operate a shuttle service from Christ’s Kitchen at 611 E. Warren to the Flyer Dome. The shuttle service will begin at 3 p.m. Sunday.
