Some Illinois workers have said they’re not getting the raise they were promised. Teamsters Local 916 said the Illinois Department of Central Management Services is not paying negotiated wage increases to more than 500 unionized workers.

CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) – A juvenile has been arrested after threatening another with a firearm in Carbondale. On July 19th around 10:45pm, police received a complaint about a male in possession of a handgun and threatening a store manager in the 500 block of East Main Street.
