Council shares pedestal concerns with Cabbage
At the Red Oak City Council meeting on July 1, Farmers Mutual Telephone Company (FMTC) representative Kevin Cabbage updated the council about the project’s progress. Cabbage said that overall, construction has been progressing smoothly.
