Camden, NJ, man gets 65 years in prison for brutal murder in 2019
A Camden man will likely never see the outside of a prison ever again after being sentenced for a brutal killing in 2019. On April 17th, 45-year-old Corey James Malloy was convicted of first-degree murder in connection to the death of Nathaniel Perry on September 26th, 2019. The verdict was returned after a jury trial in Camden County Superior Court.

Permits have been issued for the construction of a new multi-family building located at 1916 Bainbridge Street in Graduate Hospital, South Philadelphia. The new building will rise four floors and will contain three residential units. At the top of the new building, an access structure will provide a route to a roof deck that will act as an amenity space for the building. In total, the new building will span 4,915 square feet of space. Mass Architecture Studio is the firm behind the project’s design.
