    OK man in custody in connection with Vinita apartment complex fire

    VINITA, Okla. — A Vinita man is in custody on an arson complaint, according to the Craig County Sheriff’s Department website.

    Bail has not been set for 68-year-old Roger Lee Woolman in connection to a fire at the Burroughs Manor.

    On Friday, firefighters responded to a reported fire at Burroughs Manor, a senior citizens’ apartment complex. According to social media sites, no injuries were reported.

    Telephone calls to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), the Vinita Police Department and the Vinita Fire Department were not returned.

    Burroughs Manor is located two blocks west of the downtown intersection.
