Young and the Restless Spoilers: Chance Departure Leads to Phyllis Big Comeback at Abbott Chancellor

Last week, we saw Chance Chancellor getting worried about Bill's unexpected decisions. Billy has recently closed a very big deal which might give a boost to the company but he is not left with many experienced employees to run the company smoothly in the long run. He is expected to make a big decision by hiring someone who you might have never guessed.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Chance Chancellor will leave Abbott Chancellor this week because Billy will not agree with his demand to be the co-CEO. We all know that Chance is new to the company and has little experience with the functioning, there is no way Billy will promote him to such a big position.

The spoilers also show Summer advising Chance to talk with Jill Abbott before taking such a big decision to leave Abbott Chancellor but it doesn't look like he will take Summer seriously. He is likely to criticize the deal that Billy recently made to repeat his demand to be the co-CEO. With Billy's clear disapproval, Chance will instantly leave the company.

Billy will hire Phyllis after a deep discussion

After Daniel got fired, Phyllis also left her job, and currently, she is jobless, which makes her the perfect choice to join Billy. On Thursday, Billy is expected to meet Daniel and get to know that Phyllis is searching for a job. Billy and Phyllis have a lot of past experience working in business, which makes them stand on the same ground.

Billy really needs the help to a large extent, which will make him take Phyllis as the Abbott Chancellor. Devon, Lily, and Nate, all three hardworking employees have already left the company, and Chance's departure will create a lot more urgency to hire someone. So, there is no chance that he will reject her because of the need to have potential employees.

According to the spoilers, Billy will finalize his decision to hire Phyllis towards this week's end. Sharon has a history of making progressive business decisions but she has a lot more history of making bad decisions and creating trouble.

Billy is likely to have a deep discussion with Phyllis before bringing her on board as he is aware of her history.
