General Hospital: Lulu recast is confirmed and Kelly Monaco is fired from the show

It is finally confirmed that Lulu is going to live and the mystery behind her plot gets more interesting with this revelation. There is no hint as to how she will get her liver transplant because Laura and others are busy finding Lucky, who is not in Port Charles. Even if they find him, it may be very late to save Lulu, as her health is deteriorating fast.
