A Warm Welcome from John McCook

Recast in August, Rebecca Budig made her debut as Taylor Hayes and has since been comfortable in the role. How does Budig feel about joining the cast and taking on the role of Taylor now that she has had a chance to get to know everyone on set?

Only a few days after Budig accepted the position, John texted her to let her know that they would soon be meeting in person. Meanwhile, McCook wanted to provide a hearty welcome to Budig at B&B.

Additionally, McCook declared that "this is the best show to be on in all of Los Angeles" and assured Budig that their soap opera family would be a "wonderful group of people." Once work actually got underway, Budig thanked McCook for the thoughtful gesture and gushed about discovering him at the studio, playing the grand piano.
