General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of October 14-18 hint at big developments for Sasha Gilmore who is set to face a pivotal moment in her storyline. One key event centers around a conversation with Michael where Sasha will ask him for a favor. This request could have several implications as Sasha grapples with important decisions about her future.

Sasha’s Request for Michael

Sasha will talk to Michael on October 16 and ask him to help her out. Sasha might be influenced by this situation since she is aware of Willow kissing Drew and experiencing such a powerful attraction to him.

Sasha can persuade Michael to give Willow more affection and to give their family their whole attention. Although Sasha won't want to give Michael any leads, she could still ask Willow to do something without giving any clear cues.

It's also possible that this request has nothing to do with this. Sasha may be interested in a catering position for which she needs a reference, or the position may entail searching for any long-lost relatives.

For Sasha, researching her roots more would be as simple as signing up for an ancestry website. Michael has connections, and Sasha knows that he could help her with some research as well.

If Sasha is given an exit ramp from the show, she may be able to take advantage of some incredible opportunities to further her culinary career. Naturally, if Cody chooses to leave town with Sasha, this could also result in his departure, but we will have to wait and see how things work out.

Although it is possible that Sasha and Lulu are compatible with each other for a liver, Lulu's life would be significantly altered by this revelation.

In addition, based on recent spoiler clues and on-screen foreshadowing, there are solid reasons to believe that Sam will be the donor rather than anyone else.

Based on the updates she gets, Sasha may decide to leave Port Charles or begin a new storyline with this momentous news at its core. Sasha will have a lot to think about in either case, so pay attention!
