As Sharon continues to hallucinate Cameron her imaginary conversations with him are pushing her toward reckless decisions.

Despite being only a manifestation of her darkest thoughts, Cameron keeps encouraging Sharon’s worst impulses, leaving her in a volatile state.

Sharon’s Public Breakdown

Sharon may find that her cover-up is trickier than she thought. Even though Cameron Kirsten has been giving Sharon advice, it's clear that she shouldn't be paying any attention to him!

Since "Cameron" is really just a reflection of Sharon's darkest desires and ideas, it should come as no surprise that he frequently gives terrible counsel.

Fans of Y&R are aware that Sharon occasionally loses her cool and yells at "Cameron" in public. It's not difficult to picture Sharon yelling at some time over the cover-up.

Sharon may lose her cool and tell Cameron to quit bugging her about what she did to Heather, figuring that no one will ever find out. At that moment, Sharon might turn to see if someone had seen her battle a hallucination.

Even more disturbing than that would be if Sharon actually hinted at her own guilt for Heather's unfortunate outcome.

Diane Jenkins is a fantastic choice if someone is going to hear Sharon talking to "Cameron" or see a heated exchange. Diane and Kyle are having a worse relationship than they ever have, and she is beginning to worry that Jack may regret getting married to her. This seems like the perfect chance to surprise Kyle and Jack.

Maybe Diane could become a stunning new victim and thwart Sharon's cover-up. Sharon is unlikely to kill anyone else, although she might hurt Diane and put her in a comatose state. When Sharon hears someone approaching, she might have to run away rather than killing Diane.

Diane’s Tragedy Could Bring Jack and Kyle Together

In any case, this might be the best method for the program to eventually unite Jack and Kyle. Jack and Kyle would undoubtedly become closer once more while keeping watch at Diane's hospital bedside.

Diane's life seems to be spiraling south for a purpose. If she stumbles onto Sharon's crazy path, things can become worse before they get better, but perhaps it will lead to something good.
