Pixel is a big friendly, laid-back smart cat weighing 13-14 lbs. He is handsome with greenish-gold eyes and a lush black and white Tabby coat. Animal cruelty case results in guilty plea
A sentencing hearing concerning an animal cruelty trial spanning some two years culminated in a guilty plea in Carroll County District Court on July 16.
