Movies in the Plaza coming to Town Center with free entertainment

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Movies in the Plaza is coming to Town Center this fall and includes a series of free outdoor movie screenings each Saturday night at sunset.

The events begin on Saturday, Sept. 7. The films are presented on a large outdoor screen in the recessed area of the Town Center Fountain Plaza.

There is limited seating available at a first-come first-served basis.

Guests are encouraged to bring your own chairs and blankets and prepare for an evening of family-friendly fun. Parking is always free at Town Center.

The event includes free popcorn while it lasts and free hot cocoa during the colder months.

Here’s the full movie lineup for each Saturday in September and October:

• Sept. 7 at 7 p.m. – KUNG FU PANDA 4
• Sept. 14 at 7 p.m. – MIGRATION
• Sept. 21 at 6:30 p.m. – ELEMENTAL
• Sept. 28 at 6:30 p.m. – PAW PATROL
• Oct. 5 at 6:30 p.m. – GHOSTBUSTERS FROZEN EMPIRE
• Oct. 12 at 6 p.m. – WONKA
• Oct. 19 at 6 p.m. – DESPICABLE ME 4
• Oct. 26 at 6 p.m. – NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS
