During my internship in Roanoke, Virginia, I had the pleasure of visiting Bread Craft, a quintessential French pastry bakery. The variety of pastries was impressive, and I couldn't resist trying the Lemon Lavender Croissant, Vegetable Quiche, and Chorizo & Egg Cocotte. The Chorizo & Egg Cocotte was a standout, and I highly recommend it!
The bakery's atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was courteous, adding to the overall great experience. It's the perfect spot for a leisurely brunch on the weekend. The authenticity of the French-style breads was undeniable, and I was left with plenty of leftovers to enjoy later.
Despite some concerns about the prices, the quality of the food and the overall experience made it worth it. The bakery was clean, and the service was prompt and friendly. The pastry selection was wonderful, and I even took a cookie, a brownie, and a healthy cranberry scone to go. I can't wait to visit Bread Craft again and try more of their delicious offerings!
