Black Cohosh may benefit men and women

Black Cohosh is an herb that grows as a wildflower in Virginia. Native Americans and early settlers in the Commonwealth used it. Today, it is still utilized in supplement form and tea for its benefits in women's health, including PMS, menstrual cramps, menopause, and labor pain.

Livestrong reveals that even though Black Cohosh may have estrogen-like effects, men may also benefit from this herb, which may help with sore throat, arthritis, and kidney pain.
